FALTOM HOTEL ADDITION, RUMIA
Addition and re-cladding of the Faltom Spa in Rumia is meant to re-define the image of the hotel. The reception area of the 1980's landmark will be changed to a three story atrium. Roof lines will be altered and exterior facades will be re-clad. The renovated hotel is meant to elicit a sense of openness and luxury.
